1. linux: Add longterm version 4.4.34 …

   Do as Greg says [1]
   
   > All users of the 4.4 kernel series must upgrade.
   
   As we still have seen several problems with the stable 4.8 series,
   we want to keep the longterm 4.4 series abailable.
   
   The kernel configuration was based on the configuration of
   linux-4.8.19-122.
