The driver for the legacy cards is not changed, as CUDA is not used
with these cards.

Tested on aros, nostromo, and keineahnung.

The NVIDIA Linux kernel module `nvidia-uvm` is needed for CUDA.

Add the lines back from the bee file
`nvidia_linux-4.4.2-84-352.79-0.bee`, building the module.

After installing the module, don’t forget to run `sudo systemctl restart
nvidia` so that the module is loaded and the device `/dev/nvidia-uvm` is
created.

Tested on *aros*, *nostromo*, and *keineahnung*.

What's new in this release:

    Verify certificates for HTTPS URLs
HTTPS with correct SSL/TLS configuration is quite common
now, so let's check the certificates. (#24)

Build environment is packed with pbzip2, when the tool is
    available.
This should reduce waiting for the final step. (#23)
