Update to libX11 1.8.1, xkbcomp 1.4.5, and rebuild X server

Updating to xkeyboard-config 2.37 required also a xkbcomp update. Rebuild the X.Org X server just in case.

The XKEYBOARD keymap compiler (xkbcomp) reports:

Errors from xkbcomp are not fatal to the X server

Tested on maleficent and stitch.
