Because of changes window tile on snapping edges did not work like in 4.16
you need to enable "Window Manager Settings > Accessibility > Automatically tile windows when moving toward the screen edge" and disable "Window Manager > Advanced Settings > to screen borders and to other windows"

Tested on bacon with schrader
tested on sigusr2 with molgen

After the update and logout/login the items, which used to be on the right side of my top panel, moved to the left and I can't move them back.

if you want you can test it. Some packages have new versions.
On bacon I have no issues.
