  1. exiv2: update from 0.26 to 0.28.3 

    Rationale:
- 0.26 is ~5 years old
- the installed version ships a libxmp.a library,
  w/o headers, that also causes a name clash [1]

Build options EXIV2_ENABLE_BUILD_SAMPLES and DEXIV2_ENABLE_SSH
are no longer honored.

  2. exiv2_compat: keep support for libexiv2.so.26 

    For reasons unknown a small number of programs/tools
link to libexiv2.so.26 instead of libexiv2.so.

Namely: geeqie-2.0.1, gthumb-3.10.4, libgexiv2-0.10.8
