Tested on keineahnung and nostromo.

Changes for Linux 4.9.19 [1][2][3]:

Changes for Linux 4.9.20 [4][5].

There are some small driver and scheduler fixes. Most importantly, a
local privilege-escalation vulnerability is fixed [6].
