Same upstream version (1.2.0), but the packaging recipe changed, so bee
needs a new revision to know this build differs from the one already
merged as mission-center-1.2.0-0.

mission-center: monitor networking without NetworkManager
magpie's network module (platform-linux/src/network/) hard-depended on
org.freedesktop.NetworkManager over D-Bus for everything except raw byte
counters. This repository does not package NetworkManager, so
NetworkCache::new() always failed to connect and the Network page showed
nothing at all, not even throughput.
Replace every NetworkManager-only piece with its native Linux equivalent
instead: MAC address/connection kind/link state from sysfs
(/sys/class/net//{address,type,wireless,operstate,...}), IPv4/IPv6
addresses via getifaddrs(3), and SSID/frequency/bitrate/signal strength via
nl80211 (generic netlink, same as iw/wpa_supplicant/NetworkManager itself),
using the new neli-wifi dependency. This also drops the module's zbus/
system-bus dependency entirely.
Verified against this machine's real interfaces: correct MAC, link state,
IPv4 address, link speed and byte counters, with zero NetworkManager or
D-Bus involvement (confirmed "NetworkManager" no longer appears anywhere in
the built binary).
