Add vte-0.84.1-min-contrast.patch and bump the revision to 0.84.1-1.

Text whose WCAG 2 contrast ratio against its background is below 3.0
(white on light grey, dark blue on black, yellow on grey, ...) is drawn
lighter or darker, keeping its hue. Only the drawing changes, including
selection and the character under the cursor; the colors applications
chose stay as they are. Text deliberately hidden with the same text and
background color is left alone. On by default for all VTE terminals,
GTK 3 and GTK 4; VTE_MINIMUM_CONTRAST in the environment sets the ratio,
1 disables it. Same as xterm's minimumContrast.

The patch is fetched under an md5-specific local name, since bee reuses
any cached file of the same name.

Add xfce4-terminal-1.1.5-embedded-font.patch with the Hack Braille
tarball (already used by xterm) as a second source, and bump the
revision to 1.1.5-1.

The patch compiles Hack Braille (Hack 3.003 plus the braille patterns
U+2800..U+28FF, four styles; MIT and Bitstream Vera License) into
xfce4-terminal and makes "Hack Braille 12" the default font. Many TUIs
draw graphs and spinners with braille, which the previous default
"Monospace" lacks. The fonts are registered with fontconfig from memory
at startup; nothing is installed. A font set in the preferences still
wins. Adds a direct fontconfig dependency.

Update vte-0.84.1-min-contrast.patch: the ratio is now also the property
VteTerminal:minimum-contrast (1.0 turns it off), so terminals can offer
a switch. Only a property, no new C functions, so the exported symbols
of libvte stay the same. The revision stays 0.84.1-1, which has not been
built yet.

Add xfce4-terminal-1.1.5-minimum-contrast-toggle.patch: a View menu item
(also in the context menu's View Options) and the saved preference
misc-minimum-contrast, default on, switch VTE's minimum contrast for all
terminals. It needs a VTE with the VteTerminal:minimum-contrast property
and is hidden otherwise; the property is looked up at runtime, so this
still builds against any VTE. The revision stays 1.1.5-1, which has not
been built yet.
