The 4.8 Linux kernel series reached end of life (EOL), and is superseded by the stable version 4.9, and the current version is 4.11. No system uses this Linux kernel version anymore. So remove it. Celebrate, as this revision caused a lot of frustrations, as I accidentally disabled the PACKET option, making Tcpdump unusable.
