This pam module allows us to enable two-factor authentication for ssh as an opt-in for individual users. https://github.com/google/google-authenticator-libpam

Building outside the source directory works for me, if you run bootstrap.sh in mee_patch() as you do below, as that’s before the build type is detected. mee_configure_pre() is too late.

Yeah, right. Changed that.
Run bootstrap.sh before bee_configure, so that bee will find the generated configure script and select the autotools buildtype.
