1. mxq: Rebuild with MXQ_MAX_ACTIVE_GROUPS_PER_USER=500 …

   This was requested by Slava [1].
   
   Because the default limit of 100 is arbitrary and the requested
   limit of 500 is in the same magnitude, we can increase it.
