1. chromium: Update from version from 61.0.3163.10 to 63.0.3239.132 …

   1.  Built with GCC 7.2.0 located in `/pkg/gcc-7.2.0-0`
   2.  Wrapper starts program with `LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/pkg/gcc-7.2.0-0/lib`
   3.  The desktop file is now shipped and installed by Chromium, so use
       that one.
