  4. fribidi: Update version from 0.19.5 to 1.0.2 

    Release notes for 1.0.2 [1]:

> *   Added meson build system.
> *   glib dependency was completely removed even for tests.
> *   Tests now run on Visual Studio (through meson).
> *   Cleanup of obsolete options
> *   Travis support.

  5. fribidi: Do not build documentation 

    Work around the configuration error below. It’s also what BLFS does [1].
