  1. gstreamer: Install version 0.10.32-0 in parallel 

    The shared libraries `libgstreamer-0.10.so.0` and
`libgstreamer-0.10.so.0` are still needed by several programs as found
by @buczek’s check scripts.

Therefore, install GStreamer 0.10.32 in parallel.

  2. gst-plugins-base: Add version 0.10.32-0 back 

    The package is still installed on the distmaster, therefore add it back.
Also keep it, as GStreamer 0.10.32-0 is added back in the previous
commit.
