This reverts the merge commit 3d52345
of PR #927 and downgrades
mesalib-18.1.6-0 doesn't fit to the installed version of libxcb, but libxcb 1.13 causes a regression on at
least theinternet with Firefox (see issue #934).
I found no other way to get pyqt running again. mgajos already downgraded, excluded from dist, to enable the user to run spyder again. Tested on the internet.
