meson builds, 'meson setup [options]' is now wanted

Meson throws the following:

WARNING: Running the setup command as `meson [options]` instead of `meson setup [options]` is ambiguous and deprecated.

Fix in ./buildtypes/meson.sh.in should be straight forward, I guess.
