 - Introduce RPa frequency information (Rodrigo)
 - Remove unnecessary force wakes on SLPC code (Vinay)
 - Fix all typos in xe (Nitin)
 - Adding steering info support for GuC register lists (Jesus)
 - Remove unused xe_pciids.h harder, add missing PCI ID (Jani)
