[Bluetooth] Add reset quirk for A-Link BlueUSB21 dongle
Browse files Browse the repository at this point in the history

from Broadcom and it also needs to send HCI_Reset before it becomes fully
operational. Without the quirk it will show a lot of I/O errors.
