dt-bindings: iommu: add bindings for sprd IOMMU

This IOMMU module can be used by Unisoc's multimedia devices, such as
display, Image codec(jpeg) and a few signal processors, including
VSP(video), GSP(graphic), ISP(image), and CPP(camera pixel processor), etc.
