…g/~gabbayo/linux into drm-next

- Add support for SDMA usermode queues
- Replace logic of sub-allocating from GART buffer in amdkfd. Instead
  of using radeon_sa module, use a new module that is more suited for
  this purpose
- Add the number of watch points to amdkfd topology
- Split a function that did two things into two seperate functions.
