PCI/AER: Fix aer_probe() kernel-doc comment

0516c8b ("PCI: PCIe portdrv: Simplily probe callback of service
drivers") removed the "id" argument of aer_probe() but neglected to remove
the kernel-doc comment.  Update the comment.
