[ARM] Orion: add RD88F5181L-FXO support
This patch adds support for the Marvell Orion-VoIP RD-88F5181L-FXO Reference Design, and enables use of the ethernet, USB, Cardbus and mini-PCIe ports. Signed-off-by: Nicolas Pitre <nico@marvell.com>
