scsi: smartpqi: Add driver support for multi-LUN devices
Add driver support for up to 256 LUNs per device. Update AIO path to pass the appropriate LUN number for base-code to target the correct LUN. Update RAID IO path to pass the appropriate LUN number for FW to target the correct LUN. Pass the correct LUN number while doing a LUN reset. Count the outstanding commands based on LUN number. While removing a Multi-LUN device, wait for all outstanding commands to complete for all LUNs. Add Feature bit support.
