wil6210: Fix wrong function name in comments

Fixes the following W=1 kernel build warning(s):

 drivers/net/wireless/ath/wil6210/interrupt.c:28: warning: expecting prototype for Theory of operation(). Prototype was for WIL6210_IRQ_DISABLE() instead
