selftests/livepatch: add DYNAMIC_DEBUG config dependency

The livepatch selftest scripts turn on dynamic_debug of livepatch kernel source to determine expected behavior. TEST_LIVEPATCH should therefore include DYNAMIC_DEBUG in its list of dependencies.
