jbd2: fix kernel-doc notation warning

Fix kernel-doc warning by inserting a beginning '*' character
for the kernel-doc line.

../include/linux/jbd2.h:461: warning: bad line:         journal. These are dirty buffers and revoke descriptor blocks.
