drm/xe: Add SVM debug

Add some useful SVM debug logging fro SVM range which prints the range's
state.

 - Update logging with latest structure layout

 - Better commit message (Thomas)
 - New range structure (Thomas)
 - s/COLLECTOT/s/COLLECTOR (Thomas)

 - Drop partial evict message (Thomas)
 - Use %p for pointers print (Thomas)

 - Only compile if CONFIG_DRM_GPUSVM selected (CI, Lucas)
