MAINTAINERS: Update the devicetree documentation path of imx fec driver

Change the devicetree documentation path
to "Documentation/devicetree/bindings/net/fsl,fec.yaml"
since 'fsl-fec.txt' has been converted to 'fsl,fec.yaml' already.
