Merge branch 'pci/misc' into next

* pci/misc:
  PCI: Enable upstream bridges even for VFs on virtual buses
  PCI: Add pci_upstream_bridge()
  PCI: Add x86_msi.msi_mask_irq() and msix_mask_irq()
