selftests: net: Correct couple of spelling mistakes

Changes :
	- "excercise" is corrected to "exercise" in drivers/net/mlxsw/spectrum-2/tc_flower.sh
	- "mutliple" is corrected to "multiple" in drivers/net/netdevsim/ethtool-fec.sh
