mxqd not leaving "WAITING" state (after several mysql restarts) #52

Several nodes are WAITING although there are only pending jobs of a single user. "acedia" was waiting in that state,too, but after mxqdctl-hostconfig restart it correctly evaluated to "RUNNING" again and took new jobs.

This happened after some mysql restarts yesterday.

The state is set in the main loop. Possibly this was seen, when the daemon was waiting on a lock for minutes (#51) while still in recover_from_previous_crash() and not yet in the main loop.
