Includes questionable merges:

• "issue-51-nolock" quickfix for issue #51 . We might switch to "issue-51-bulk" if complete.
• "add-doxygen" . Is an experiment, we might decide to remove it
• "remove-unused-code". We might re-add and complete the removed features.
