cronwrap: Import existing script
Currently the cronwrap script is maintained in its own repository [1]
and installed via bee. Now that we have mxtools its seems to be more
efficient to integrate cronwrap into mxtools.

The script, as installed on the distmaster, has gotten out of sync with
the cronwrap repository and the bee package.

Import the script as it is installed in the distmaster into the
repository.
