Add Windows jobs as requested by our Windows admins. We have to code this manually, because /etc/mxproxmox/backup-list.dat targets full projects and we only want subfolders here.

Note: These job have already been phased-in one by one since 23.12.2022 by directly updating the script on the distmaster. So this PR documents the status quo.
