Python: Include XMPP client Gajim

Yes, pip install --user . in the source tree worked.

Probably, it’s better to install the Python program Gajim and it’s plugins as a whole in the Python environment.

Hmm, the package-python should ideally only contain packages and the binaries that they carry 'piggyback'. I think the only exception so far is the bundled snakemake.
So why not go the libreoffice- or inkscape-way and package the python with Gajim?
