The Virtio-fs daemon virtiofsd requires development files from libcap-ng and libseccomp. Enable it explicitly to ensure the daemon is always built.

From the [Web site][1]:

> Virtio-fs is a shared file system that lets virtual machines access a
> directory tree on the host. Unlike existing approaches, it is designed
> to offer local file system semantics and performance.

Interesting... I wonder about uid mapping, but we'll see.

From the project site:

The new virtiofsd-rs Rust daemon is receiving the most attention for new feature development.

So, we might want to use that. (Or both for comparison.)
