1. R: update to version 4.4.0 …

   This is the initial build of 'the brand new' R-4.4 with
   Bioconductor-3.19.
   
   Package removals compared to the R-4.3 build:
   
    -  ChIPseeker
    -  HTqPCR
    -  LEAP
    -  RcisTarget
    -  clusterProfiler
    -  exomeCopy
    -  maptools
    -  rbokeh
    -  github weililab/scMAGeCK
   
   The github package would install devel versions of installed
   packages, the other ones are not (yet?) in Bioconductor.
