1. icy-2.5.2: imageanalysis tool - add to repo …

   Javabased alternative to the Zeiss-viewer plus several
   analysis tools.
   
   The application can not be packaged read-only. So a
   fuse overlay is created in the users home that holds
   the changes under .local/Icy/icy_user .
