Well, #66 is buggy and introduced the permission problem. This should be undone and the specific R problem solved another way.

  • I want the logfile in my directory
  • I prefer the copy of the script in the /pkg/PKG path to be hidden. But ok....
  • I don't like debug output noise (pwd)

Sorry, after thinking about it I agree, that it might be better as it is now.
