Changes made in scripts 8, 9, and 10:

1. Changed color scheme for batch detection plots to default "rainbow" scale to prevent issues with running out of colors.
2. Changed ordering of principal components in scree plots from alphabetical to numerical.
3. Wrote function to automatically calculate appropriate number of PCs to include in batch detection and correction, incorporated function into scripts 8, 9, and 10.
