Interactive heatmaps with dendrograms

Dendrograms need to be computed server side, trying to find a solution without requiring scipy, numpy and sklearn to be installed on the server (overkill for one or two features).

For co-expression clusters --> go to heatmap --> there is button to visualize the heatmap using inchlib : http://planet2.mpimp-golm.mpg.de/evorepro/heatmap/inchlib/649

This is still rather experimental ...
