For example when I enter:

into the heatmap entry tool, only at4g32410 is shown, as expected. It would be good if PlaNet2 informed the user that entries are not found, as this could lead to some false negatives in certain analyses (e.g. custom network viewer).

They are skipped. I will add a check if all genes are present in the output and throw a warning if genes are missing.
