How is CoNekT handing not found entries, when multiple entries are specified? #222

For example when I enter:
at4g32410
asdasd
into the heatmap entry tool, only at4g32410 is shown, as expected. It would be good if PlaNet2 informed the user that entries are not found, as this could lead to some false negatives in certain analyses (e.g. custom network viewer).

They are skipped. I will add a check if all genes are present in the output and throw a warning if genes are missing.

done for custom heatmap and custom profile. Comparative heatmap not yet implemented
