PDF in Docker lacks language features

Although the same preambel is used inside and outside Docker, the PDF in Docker will not contain

• small caps
• some diacritics like Ḥ, ṣ, ḥ as well as ayn and hamza
  Is there a difference between the fonts distributed with the different systems?
