TEI: update index section

As LaTeX writes its own chapter headings, we need another place to store them.

        <?eoa printindex?>
        <?eoa printpersonindex?>
        <?eoa printlocationindex?>
      </div>

Currently, this is all that is required for LaTeX, the title command is taken from https://github.molgen.mpg.de/EditionOpenAccess/eoa-class/blob/master/eoa.dtx#L857-L859.

This can be overriden in the preambel (see https://golatex.de/viewtopic.php?t=17930). Maybe no title should be set in the document class.
