mmRmeta is a small R package for analysing the meta data of multimodal expressed genes via statistical tests and plots. It uses clinical meta data from TCGA. The analysis is based on the results of the package multimodalR which passes the multimodal genes and their expression values. The overal objective is to find possible causes for the multimodality and to identify differences in the patient groups.
