List of problems fixed in this release: <https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/buglist.cgi?bug_status=RESOLVED&resolution=FIXED&target_milestone=5.4> We had some problems compiling the 5.4.0 release [1] with glibc 2.23, so use latest revision on the 5.4 branch, where all these problemes were already fixed. Several packages depend on libgfortran.so.3 provided by
gcc-5.3.

- numpy_python2.6-1.7.0b2-0.x86_64

Provide libgfortran.so.3 from gcc-5.3.0-0.
