Version 1.2.13 includes

beesh: restore feature to overwrite filename

Version 1.2.12 includes two small fixes from upstream:

beeversion: Fix output of %X[ex] when X is not dash or underscore
beeversion: leave unknown placeholders as is instead of
    removing them from the output.

Otherwise 1.2.12 (a83f18f "set version to 1.2.12"), is identical
to 1.2.11 (62c5c1e "set version to 1.2.11") but is rebased on
upstream/master.
