add feature to cancel/kill a single job by job id

  • cancel single job - use mxqkill -J to cancel a job.
  • kill single job

It might be useful to be able to kill single jobs in a group ... so thumbs up for this feature.
Especially for long-running (>3d) very similar (that's why I group) jobs on GPU servers (not too many available) :-)
I now kill a group of two jobs ..
