We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated scientists at all levels of their career who would like to contribute to cutting-edge research with a focus on advanced bioinformatics analyses. We primarily work with data from high throughput sequencing, mass spectrometry or imaging in the context of cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases. Positions are available to develop methods that analyze, integrate and compare high throughput datasets from many molecular levels (miRNAs/mRNAs/proteins/chromatin) with a focus on NGS based epigenetics landscapes including histone modifications and DNA. The working environment is provided by a professional bioinformatics and IT group.
