Hi, my name is Carsten.

I'm bioinformatics service postdoc at the MPI-HLR and responsible for our basic ChIP/ATAC-seq and bulk RNA-seq pipelines.

As such I’m keen on everything related to automation of tasks including e.g. virtualization and containerization. Apart from development and maintenance of automated workflows, I’m involved in analyzing a number of OMICs projects to the point of publication.
